Training in the latest IT skills and technologies is a necessity to ensure we offer the highest levels of consultancy and technical helpdesk support to our customers.

P1050281Bradd Merner, one of our support team is about to embark on Microsoft’s MCSA Solutions Associate certification. To achieve this qualification he will have to demonstrate his ability to design and build technology solutions, based on real world requirements and conditions.

Through the stages of the 18-month course, which is based on in-work and external training, Bradd will acquire the technical expertise essential to the technologies being used as well as practical business skills, such as team working, project management and customer service.

Stephen Angeloni, Technical Director at Astec, stated, “Bradd is a real force of nature and since joining us 12 months ago he has already passed a number Microsoft certifications. He is a very focused individual and we expect that he will relish the challenge of the MCSA.”
