Our staff are on a continual life long quest to offer the most effective levels of consultancy and technical helpdesk support to our customers. Bradd Merner, a key member of the support team has achieved an important milestone in gaining the Microsoft MCS Associate certificate, gaining certified status in July. Bradd has demonstrated in real-life situations, classroom tutorials and examinations his developing skill sets. His expertise in design and configuration of Microsoft server 2012 platforms were rigorously tested, as were his advanced administration and configuration services capabilities.

Bradd is a year through his 18-month course and is gaining valuable technical insights and using them every day.
