This month, I
would like to introduce you to the latest addition to our
team. James Copper joined us in the role of apprentice
Desktop Support Engineer at the beginning of April. We are
incredibly pleased to welcome James on board.
Having
received approximately 50 applications from one local
advertisement, James stood out as an exceptional candidate.
Eighteen-year-old James Copper joins the company as part of
Microsoft’s ‘Britain Works’ apprenticeship scheme for
Microsoft Partners. The scheme was launched in 2010 to bring
16 to 18 year olds into the industry. The apprenticeship
will give over a year of intensive training and examinations
alongside a hands-on role in a real support environment.
Completion of the apprenticeship scheme will see ex-St
Bede’s student James qualified as a Microsoft Desktop
Support Engineer.
I’m quite sure
that our customers will be as impressed as we have been when
they have the chance to meet or talk to James.
I would also
like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who offered
their words of support and sponsorship for the charity ride
to Pompeii in September in which I’m taking part. It is very
much appreciated and all for a fantastic cause. Just as a
reminder:

I hope you all
have a lovely Easter and Royal Wedding!
