A simple, easy to understand, 'Pay as You Go' agreement that helps you to gain control of your IT spend. Use Assure when you require a support agreement but do not want to commit to a fixed monthly cost, or to complement your Promise support agreement.

Simply deposit a balance on account and call off our services as you need them at a discounted rate, topping up the account as required.  You will be able to call off support from this account either by telephone, remote access or on site engineer support.  The account can be 'topped up' at any time or automatically invoiced at an agreed threshold.
